Treating Hairfall Problems

                 

It is normal for people to shed around 50-100 strands of hair every day. However, seeing the amount of hair lost when combing or when having a shower can leave some people depressed. There are many reasons and factors for hair loss. These include hereditary factors, stress, hormonal imbalance and certain medications, lack of nutrition, sudden weight loss and ageing. Lack of nutrition is the second most common cause of hairfall.
Like the body, our hair also needs plenty of nutrients to stay healthy and strong.

The following diet may provide some help:

PROTEIN: Yoghurt, milk, cheese, beans, seeds and nuts.
VITAMIN B ESPECIALLY B6, FOLIC ACID AND BIOTIN: Tomatoes,carrots, walnuts, onions, almonds, strawberries, raspberries, cucumber, cabbage and cauliflower.
IRON: Whole grains, brocccoli, soy beans and dark leafy vegetables.
ZINC: Beans, whole grains, almonds and dairy products.
TRACE MINERAL SILICA: Oats, brown rice, roots vegetables, barley and leafy greens.
OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS: Walnuts and flaxseed oil.

TIPS FOR GOOD MAKE UP



1. Always have very good quality brushes that are regularly cleaned with a good brush cleaner. This will help you avoid any infection and spread your make-up evenly.

2. always look at different brands and try those on so that you know what to compare among the different brands and understand your own preference better.

3. Use a face mist handy to keep your facw moisturised, especially because air conditioner, air travel and sitting before computers all day long dries up skin. When you apply make-up before going to work, just spray mist over it. That way it will keep the make-up intact and seal the moisture in your skin.

4. When you apply lipstick, use the lipstick pen not only for the outline, but apply it all over your lips, including the centre. When the lipstick fades away after that, it highlights the colour better and stays for a longer time and it doesn't look so bad.

5. It is important to take care of your skin after you remove your make-up. Clean and hydrate your skin once a week by applying an orgaic mask to nourish it.
